Project Overview
The Pathfinders Creative Nomads it's a Freelance Design Agency founded by the Portuguese Designers Gonçalo Branco & Eduardo Araújo. The project name it's chosen after the historical overseas findings of the Portuguese sailors who inspired Pathfinders in their world journey. Pathfinders is a online team of professionals committed in creating design solutions for people, focusing on digital, social and environment challenges.
